DESIGN

Our design team provides a full tooling design service and can even help with part design. We have a full SolidWorks package allowing us to optimize tool design, provide FMEA analysis.

 

Prototyping

PROTOTYPING

We are able to provide full prototyping services using our specialized 3D printer to produce quick proof-of-concepts. We can also machine low-cost one-off parts from Epoxy.

MACHINING

We are able to provide 5-axis machining with our Thermwood CNC machine or very accurate machining of many different materials with our 3+1 axis HAAS CNC machine.

PAINT & LACQUERING

We are able to meet very demanding levels of surface finish and peel and only use the highest quality polishing consumables to meet or exceed your specifications.
